| 摘 要： | 目的寻求提高重症脑室出血临床救治方案。方法采用侧脑室穿刺引流术合用清开灵注射液治疗(32例)和侧脑室穿刺引流术治疗(31例)进行对照研究。结果两组有效率、死亡率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时在防治并发症、缩短昏迷持续时间等方面,侧脑室穿刺引流术合用清开灵注射液组(治疗组)优于对照组。结论侧脑室穿刺引流术合用清开灵注射液为治疗重症脑室出血的有效疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study a more effective therapeusis for severe cerebroventricular hemorrhage.Methods The patients with cerebroventricular hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(32 cases) was treated with the puncture drainage of lateral ventricle combined with Qingkailing injection;the control group(31 cases) with the puncture drainage of lateral ventricle.Results There were an obvious difference in effective and death rate between the two groups only.And the treatment group was better than the control group in preventing and curing complications and shortening the persistent time of coma.Conclusion The puncture drainage of lateral ventricle combined with Qingkailing injection on severe cerebroventricular hemorrhage is effective therapeusis. |
