摘    要:来自水母的绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)有很多重要的特性,如表达没有特异性,其表达产物对活细胞基本上没有毒害作用,不影响细胞的正常生长和功能等。作为理想的标记基因,已经被广泛用于动物、植物、微生物等研究中。本文对其在病原微生物病理模型方面的研究和应用做综述。

Abstract:GFP from jellyfish has some important characteristics,such as there is no specificity in expression,the product it expressed without toxicity in addition to without affecting the normal growth and function of cell.As a ideal marker gene,it has been used in research of animal,plant and microorganism.The latest research progress in of role of GFP as the pathology model of pathogenic microorganisms is discussed.
