| 摘 要： | 在大鼠失血性休克模型及低灌流大鼠心脏上观察到，联合应用高渗盐水与牛磺酸的治疗效果优于单纯使用高渗盐水或牛磺酸；高渗盐水可减少休克动物及低灌流心脏组织牛磺酸的丧失。结果提示，阻止细胞内牛磺酸丧失和／或促进组织牛磺酸摄入是高渗盐水抗休克机理之一。

| Abstract: | aurine is one of the richest intracellular
free amino acids,an important substance for maintai- ning the
internal homeostasis of the organism.This work studied the
therapeutic effect of hyperosmo- tic saline and/or taurine on the
hemorrnagic shock rets and isolated low-perfrsed rat hearts.It was
found that the therapeutic effects of hyperosmctic saline was based
on the lowering of tissue taurine depletion of the shocked animals
and low-perfused hearts.Combinated application of hyperosmotic saline
had better therapeutic effect than hyperosmotic saline or taurine
used alone. |
