对中国消化科医生FGIDs罗马标准认知情况的调查

目的通过调查揭示功能性胃肠疾病（FGIDs）罗马标准在中国消化科医生中普及程度、认知情况。方法应用问卷调查方式对参加2007年全国消化会议的消化科医生进行调查。问卷包括23个问题，涵盖了调查对象的基本情况、行医执业特点、对FGIDs知识及罗马标准的认知情况等。结果共分发1460份问卷，返回558份。经过评估合格问卷549份。调查对象平均年龄40．2岁，男女比例为1．1：1。被调查者中82．7％已经了解罗马Ⅲ标准。最主要的获知FGIDs最新知识的渠道是消化专业会议（74．8％），消化专业杂志（69．0％）。了解和不了解罗马Ⅲ标准的两组医生在年龄、医院级别、行医年限、专业职称等方面无明显差异。针对FGIDs病人在三级医院就诊情况，27．2％的被调查者认为绝大部分FGIDs病人需要在三级医院诊治，20．6％则持完全相反的态度。他们认为绝大部分FGIDs病人不需要在三级医院诊治。另外49．6％被调查对象认为GERD也可当作一种功能性疾病。结论中国消化科医生对FGIDs罗马标准有较好的认知，但仍有少部分医生尚不了解FGIDs罗马标准的进展，这需要推动继续医学教育制度的完善。

Views and knowledge of gastroenterologists regarding functional gastrointestinal disorders and Rome criteria: a survey in China

Objective To reveal Chinese gastroenterologists＇ knowledge of Rome criteria of functional gastrointestinal disorders （FGIDs） , the current attitudes to FGIDs when evaluating FGIDs. Methods A survey using 23-item questionnaire was delivered to 1 460 gastroenterologists who attended the 7th National Gastroenterolgy Congress of China hold by Chinese Society of Gastroenterology in 2007. The questionnaire was composed of questions of demographic characteristics, characteristics of practice, knowledge regarding FGIDs and Rome criteria. Results A Total of 558 surveys were returned. Among 549 eligible respondents （mean age, 40.2 ; men ： women, 1.1：1 ） , 82.7% respondents got to know Rome Ⅲ criteria and the main sources to get the latest knowledge about FGIDs were gastrointestinal conferences （74.8%）, gastrointestinal journal （69.0%）. There was no significant difference concerning the mean age, type of practice, years in practice, and type of appointments between those who knew and didn＇ t know Rome Ⅲ criteria 20.6% respondents believed that tertiary care centers shouldn＇t be the one to play the major role in providing care for patients with FGIDs while 27.2% were the opposite. 49.6% respondents thought GERD may be considered as functional disease. Conclusion Rome Ⅲ criteria for FGIDs are well accepted by the gastroenterologists in China. But not all of the gastroenterologists have got the knowledge, which calls for the attention to improve the CME system.
