急诊第二足趾移植再造拇指27例

目的进一步探讨急诊游离第二足趾移植拇指再造的可行性。方法毁损性拇指缺如彻底清创后游离第二足趾一期再造拇指27例。结果再造拇指全部成活,无手术并发症。随访半年至四年。再造拇指外形满意,感觉好,关节功能优良。结论充分术前准备,彻底清创是再造成功的条件,熟练的解剖知识,精湛的显微外科技术和术后正确功能锻炼是再造成功的关键。

Thumb reconstruction of twenty-seven cases with free second toe transplantation in emergency,

ve To further discuss the feasibility of thumb resconstruction with free second toe transplantation in emergency. Methods Twenty-seven cases with thumb defect was reconstructed with free second toe transplantation. Results All thumb survived and there were not operative complications. The follow-up period was half year to four years. All reconstracted thumbs have good appearances, good sense and good motion of joints. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation and thorough debridment are prerequsites; Skiuful anatomy knowledge, good microsurgical technique and correct post-operating exercise are the keys of thumb reconstruction inemergency.
