| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院2008年临床分离大肠埃希菌对各类抗生素的耐药性。方法收集2008年我院住院患者大肠埃希菌临床分离株,按统一的方法和判断标准（CLSI2005年版）进行大肠埃希菌的药敏试验和超广谱13内酰胺酶（ESBLs）检测的确认试验。结果283株大肠埃希菌临床分离株中,ESBLs阳性的为42．05％,ESBLs阴性的为57．95％。产ESBLs大肠埃希菌对青霉素类、头孢菌素类、单酰胺环类、氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类中的庆大霉素和妥布霉素的耐药率明显高于非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌,对哌拉西林／他唑巴坦、呋喃妥因的敏感率较高,未发现对亚胺培南、美洛培南及厄他培南耐药菌株。结论为应对日趋严重的产ESBLs大肠埃希菌对抗生素的耐药趋势,应加强对抗菌素应用的规范化管理,在医院内进行大肠埃希菌耐药性监测,对了解其耐药性变迁和指导临床合理用药有很大的参考价值。
