| 摘 要： | 目的：对高勒图一宝日－６等不同剂型的１５种蒙成药中丁香的鉴别进行研究。方法：采用薄层色谱对丁香进行鉴别。结果：找到一种比较简单的供试液的制备方法和薄层色谱条件。结论：该法同样适用于啊嘎日－３５等大复方散、丸剂，而且斑点清晰，重现性好。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, thin layer chromatographic identification for Flos Caryophylli in fifteen Mongolian traditional patent medicines which have different dossage form was studied, and a simple mean to prepare sample liquid and a good TLC condition were found. The result showed that this mean is suitable for some big compound such as Agari 35 etc. Spots of TLC were clear and with a good reproducibility. |
