This article introduced the dis- ease coding of multiple pregnancy fetocide from five aspects, such as the difference between O31.1 and O31.2, the difference be- tween 031.1 and 031.0, disease coding for fetocide, disease coding of patients admitted again after fetocide operation and the coding of the outcome after multiple pregnancy fetocide. We listed the common operation ways of multiple pregnancy fetocide, and discussed on the selection and finding of the operation coding. The coding of multiple pregnancy fetocide was complicated, coders should famil- iar to related coding rules and ways so as to manage accurate coding.
