我国国际疾病分类的文献计量分析

目的 了解我国ICD领域的整体研究情况,为科研人员深入展开相关研究提供借鉴.方法 在〈中国学术期刊网络出版总库〉中检索有关ICD的研究论文,对其发文量、作者及其所在机构和地区、期刊和基金资助情况进行统计分析.结果 共检索到相关文献1443篇;大部分作者的发文量只有1篇,发表3篇及以上论文的作者占作者总数的8.40%;发文量统计指标表明,单位层面湛江市中心人民医院的发文量最多,地区层面广东省的发文量处于领先地位,但全国范围内地区间存在很大差异;〈中国病案〉是刊载ICD研究论文最多的期刊.结论 目前国内ICD的相关研究尚未达到成熟稳定阶段,需要更多专家、学者和工作人员的关注和深入研究.

Bibliometric Analysis of Literature on The International Classification of Diseases in China

Objective To understand the overall research situation of the International Classification of Diseases in China and pro- vide certain reference for in-depth researches. Methods Articles related to ]CD research from the China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database were retrieved. And statistical procedure was performed from the following aspects, namely annual publication number, authors and their institutions and regions, journals and funds. Results 1443 related articles were found. Most authors had published only one ICD-related paper and the number of authors who had published three or more papers accounted for 8.40% of the total. The statistical results of annual publishing number showed that the authors from Zhanjiang Central People＇s Hospital had pub- lished the maximum related articles at unit level. Guangdong Province＇ s annual publishing number lied in the leading position of this field at regional level, but there was a big difference between different regions. The number of related articles published in Chinese Medical Record ranked the top of all journals. Conclusions At present, the ICD-related research had not yet reached the mature and stable stage, so more experts, scholars and staffs were needed to give more attention and eonduet further study on it.
