肿瘤患者合并抑郁症的发病情况及相关危险因素分析

目的观察肿瘤患者合并抑郁症的发病情况，分析其患病的危险因素。方法应用Zung量表（抑郁症自评表）对124例肿瘤患者（肿瘤患者组）和102例正常人（对照组）进行评分，Zung量表评分〉40分，且符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版（CCMD-3）抑郁症的诊断标准，确诊为抑郁症的患者。继而建立回归模型，对合并抑郁症的患者进行回归分析，并确定其患病危险因素。结果肿瘤患者组124例中47例（37．90%）患有抑郁症，显著高于正常对照组102例中7例（6．86%）患有抑郁症（P〈0．01）；在肿瘤患者组中，抑郁症的发生与性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、病程及治疗方案有关。结论抑郁症在肿瘤患者中有较高的患病率；性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、病程及治疗方案是肿瘤患者合并抑郁症的可能危险因素。

Incidence and risk factors of depression in patients with oncology diseases

Objective To investigate incidence rate and risk factors of depression in patients with oncology diseases. Methods A total of 124 patients with oncology diseases and 102 normal persons were evaluated with Zung＇s scale（Self-Rating Depression Scale）. Regression analysis was used to ensure the risk factors of depres- sion. Results Forty seven cases （37.90%） of 124 patients with oncology diseases had depression while there were only 7 （6.86%） of 102 subjects had depression,and there was significant difference between them. In patients with oncology diseases,depression was found to correlate with factors as follows： gender,level of education, mean monthly income, duration and treatment. Conclusion The incidence rate of depression in patients with oncology diseases is high. Gender,level of education, mean monthly income, duration and treatment may be risk factors of depression in patients with oncology diseases.
