| 摘 要： | 目的:评价不同产地的黄连药材质量。方法:采用HPLC法测定不同产地黄连中盐酸小檗碱的含量。色谱条件:diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250nm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-0.1%磷酸溶液(50:50),检测波长265nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.25～4.0μg范围内线形关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.7%,RSD=0.34%,8个样品黄连中盐酸小檗碱的含量为5.8%～8.6%。结论:不同产地黄连在盐酸小檗碱含量上有一定差异,但均符合现行《中国药典》2005版规定,总体质量良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the qualities of Rhizoma Coptidis from different areas.MethodsThe content of berberine hydrochloride in Rhizoma Coptidis was determined with HPLC.The HPLC was performed on a diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 nm,5 μm)column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(50:50),and the detection wavelength was 265 nm.Results The berberine hydrochloride showed good linearity over the range of 0.25～4.0 μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 98.7%,RSD=0.34%,the contents of berberine hydrochloride were 5.8%～8.6% in 8 samples.Conclusion The contents of berberine hydrochloride in Rhizoma Coptidis have difference from different areas,and all meet the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. |
