肾移植受者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化与机体免疫状态之间的关系

目的：对肾移植受者外周血T淋巴亚群的动态监测，以了解其变化与受者免疫状态之间的关系。进一步探讨预测判断与机体变化的关系。方法：测定采用鼠抗人T淋巴细胞亚群单克隆抗体OKT系列，用EPICS-C型流式细胞仪测定。结果：在临床诊断排斥反应前后，CD4/CD8的比值均明显升高，随着排斥的逆转CD4/CD8的比值逐极易发生感染。结论：动态监测受者T淋巴细胞亚群变化。有助于对受者急性排斥反应的发现，对免疫抑制药物治疗的效果及机体感染可能性作出判断。

The Relationship between Changes in T-lymphocyte Subsets in Peripheral Blood and the Immune State of Renal Transplant Recipients

Objective: To find out the relationship between its changes and the immune state by consective, surveillance of the level of T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in renal allograft recipients. Methods: Using mice anti-human OKT of T-lymphocytes monoclonal antibody, the T-lymphocyte subsets were measured with EPICS-C FCM. Results: The ratio of CD 4/CD 8 increased obviously before and after rejection was diagnosed and declined gradually along with reverse of rejection. The ratio was maintained in low level in those without rejection after operation. It was easily infected when the ratio was over-reduced. Conclusion: Consecutive surveillance of T-lymphocyte subsets is helpful in the early detection of acute rejections, and in judgment of the therapeutic effect of immunosuppressive drugs and possibility of infection.
