活血解毒法治疗慢性支气管炎60例临床观察

目的]探讨活血解毒法治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效和机制。方法]对照组按常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用活血解毒法方药。均连续用药4周,用药前后分别记录患者症状,进行血液流变学、肺通气功能检测,并随访6个月。结果]对照组显效率为40.5%,总有效率为67.1%;治疗组显效率为53.3%,总有效率为91.4%,两组总有效率相比有显著性差异。治疗组在降低血黏度及改善肺通气功能方面亦均优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论]活血解毒法治疗慢性支气管炎可明显提高其综合疗效。

Treating Chronic Bronchitis with HuoxueJiedu Method in 60 Cases

Objective] To observe the clinical effect and explore the mechanism of Huoxue(promoting blood circulation)Jeidu(detoxication)in treating chronic bronchitis.Methods] The control group was treated with routine western medicine alone and the treatment group was with TCM and western medicine for four weeks.Before and after treatment the symptom of patients was recorded and the hemorheology and pulmonary ventilation function of all patients were measured and then followed-up for six months.Results] The excellence rate and total effective rate in the control group were 40.5% and 67.1% and that in the treatment group were 53.3% and 91.4% respectively.The total effective rate between two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in decreasing the blood viscosity and improving the pulmonary ventilation function.Conclusions] Promoting blood circulation and detoxication method can increase the comprehensive curative effect in treating chronic bronchitis.
