| 摘 要： | 急诊医学自形成以来,以"迅速、准确、有效"为救治理念,以"急诊快速诊断"、"生命绿色通道"为科室亮点,逐渐建立了以"心肺复苏、急性中毒、创伤、急危重症"等方面的研究为医疗特色、科研重点的学科发展方向,心肺复苏、急性中毒、创伤等逐渐成为当前急诊医学研究的热点.本文就急诊医学学科发展的三个重点领域及热点方向--心肺复苏、中毒、创伤的研究进展简要做一综述. |

| Abstract: | Objective At the beginning, emergency department ascertains therapeutic standpoint: fastness, accuracy and utility, and the highlight: rapid diagnosis of emergency, green passage of life.Emergency medicine gradually sets up the direction of subject development in characteristics of medical treatment and focal point of scientific research including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, acute intoxication and trauma, which is becoming the hot spot of research of current emergency medicine.The article briefly reviews three focal domain and the hot spot of the development of emergency medicine: cardiopulmonary resuscitation, intoxication, trauma. |
