| 摘 要： | 急性肺栓塞时可出现窦性心动过速、T波倒置、ST段移位、SIQⅢTⅢ、右束支传导阻滞、房性心律失常、肺型P波等多种心电图异常。正确掌握急性肺栓塞常见的心电图表现,有助于对急性肺栓塞作出及时的诊断和治疗。本文通过复习国内外相关文献,分析了各种心电图异常在急性肺栓塞诊断和治疗中的意义。 |

| Abstract: | The electrocardiography of acute pulmonary embolism often shows abnormalities such as sinus tachycardia,negative T wave,ST-segment alterations,SⅠQⅢTⅢ,right bundle branch block,atrial arrhythmia,and pulmonary P wave.The understanding of the electrocardiographic manifestations is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary embolism.This review presents the electrocardiographic manifestations of acute pulmonary embolism and analyzes its clinical significance. |
