放射性介入输卵管内注射氨甲蝶呤(MTX)在异位妊娠非手术治疗中的价值

目的 探讨放射性介入输卵管内注射氨甲蝶呤(MTX)在异位妊娠非手术治疗中的疗效及安全性.方法 选取2010年1月～2011年12月期间在某院诊治的异位妊娠患者52例,均有保守治疗指证,随机分为观察组及对照组各26例,对照组采取氨甲喋呤肌肉注射保守治疗,观察组采取放射性介入输卵管内注射氨甲喋呤保守治疗.结果 观察组治愈率92.31％ (24/26),对照组治愈率69.23％ (18/26),观察组用药后不良反应发生率7.69％ (2/26),对照组不良反应发生率30.77％ (8/26),血HCG恢复正常时间观察组为(12.20±8.84)d,对照组为(14.43±6.53)d,观察组平均住院时间为(9.82±2.13)d,住院费用(5 310.00±539.50)元,对照组平均住院时间为(14.43±6.53)d,住院费用(2 768.50±453.20)元,两组患者以上各项指标之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 输卵管异位妊娠采取放射性介入输卵管内注射MTX治疗安全,临床治愈率高.

The value of radioactive intervention on fallopian tube with methotrexate(MTX) injection in non-operative therapy of ectopic pregnancy

OBJECTIVE To explore the safety and efficacy of radioactive intervention with methotrexate(MTX) in non operative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.METHODS 52 cases of ectopic pregnancy during the treatment in our hospital were selected from January 2010 to December 2011,and all had the conservative treatment.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,26 cases in each group.The control took methotrexate intramuscular injection treatment,the observation group took radioactive intervention with methotrexate.RESULTS The cure rate in the observation group was 92.31%(24 /26),the cure rate in the control group was 69.23%(18 /26);the adverse reaction rate in the observation group after treatment was 7.69%(2 /26),which in the control group was 30.77%(8 /26);the time of blood HCG return to normal in the observation group was 12.20 ± 8.84 d,in the control group was 14.43 ± 6.53 d;the mean hospital stay in the observation group was 9.82 ± 2.13 d,hospitalization expenses was 5 310.00 ± 539.50 d,the mean hospital stay in the control group was 14.43 ± 6.53 d,hospitalization expenses was 2 768.50 ± 453.20 d,each index above had significant differences in two groups(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Radioactive intervention with methotrexate(MTX) in non-operative treatment of ectopic pregnancy has safety in treatment and high clinical cure rate.
