彩色多普勒超声应用于乳腺占位性病变诊断的临床分析80例

目的 分析乳腺占位性病变的超声图像特点,探讨高频超声诊断与临床病理诊断的相关性.方法 对某院2008年7月～2010年6月两年间行彩色多普勒超声检查诊断并经手术病理诊断的80例乳腺占位性病变进行回顾性分析,并与临床病理结果对比研究;测量病灶内血流动力学参数,对照良恶性肿物内部的血流特点.结果 乳腺囊性增生、纤维瘤和乳腺癌超声诊断的准确性与病理对照分别为100％、96.7％、83.8％,良恶性肿瘤之间的血管数、血管分布密度、血管分布面积差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 彩色多普勒超声在鉴别乳腺良、恶性肿瘤方面有一定价值,可以作为乳腺疾病普检,手术后随访的首选检查方法.

clinical analysis of Color Doppler ultrasound applied to the breast occupying lesions in 80 cases

OBJECTIVE To analyze the ultrasound images of the breast occupying lesions,and investigate the correlation of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis with clinical and pathological diagnosis.METHODS From July 2008 to June 2010,80 cases with breast occupying lesions were analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and pathology,and the clinical and pathological data were compared.The modynamic parameters in lesion were measured,and the blood flow was also measured.RESULTS The breast cystic hyperplasia,fibroma and breast ultrasound diagnostic accuracy and pathology were 100%,96.7% and 83.8%.The number of blood vessels between benign and malignant tumors in terms of vascular density and vascular distributionhad significant difference(P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Color Doppler ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant tumors have a certain value can be used as a breast disease screening,and a examination for post-operative follow-up.
