鼻内镜下上颌窦自然口扩大联合下鼻道开窗术治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效分析

目的 探讨鼻内镜下上领窦自然口扩大联合下鼻道开窗术治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效.方法 选取2008年8月～2011年10月于某院进行治疗的154例非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(鼻内镜下上颌窦自然口扩大术)77例和观察组(鼻内镜下上领窦自然口扩大联合下鼻道开窗术组)77例,后将两组患者的治疗总有效率、复发率、并发症发生率及治疗前后的血清MDA、SOD、红细胞免疫功能进行检测及比较.结果 观察组的总有效率要高于对照组,而复发率低于对照组,血清MDA、SOD、红细胞免疫功能水平均优于对照组,P均＜0.05,而两组的并发症发生率差异无统计学意义,P＞ 0.05.结论 鼻内镜下上颌窦自然口扩大联合下鼻道开窗术治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效较佳,对于患者的治疗更为彻底,患者的综合状态也更好.

Analysis on the effect of natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration in non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration in non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis.METHODS 154 patients with non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis in our hospital from August 2008 to October 2011 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation group)77 cases and observation group(natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration group)77 cases,then the total effective rate,recurrence rate,incidence of complications and serum MDA,SOD,erythrocyte immune function before and after the treatment of two groups were detected and compared.RESULTS The total effective rate was higher than that of control group,recurrence rate was lower than that of control group,serum MDA,SOD,erythrocyte immune function were all better than those of control group,all P﹤0.05,and the incidence of complications of two groups had no significant differences,P﹥0.05.CONCLUSION The effect of natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration in non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis is better,and the treatment for the patients is more radical,the comprehensive situation of patients is better.
