脂蛋白(a)、超敏C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体在冠心病早期诊断中的应用

摘    要:
目的 分析脂蛋白(a)、超敏C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体在冠心病早期诊断中的应用价值.方法 2010年5月~2011年5月,分别检测146例冠心病患者,其中稳定型心绞痛组46例,不稳定型心绞痛组59例和急性心肌梗死组41例血清中脂蛋白(a)、超敏C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平变化.结果 冠心病组血清脂蛋白(a)、超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).急性心肌梗死组血清脂蛋白(a)、超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平明显高于不稳定型心绞痛组和稳定型心绞痛组(P<0.05);不稳定型心绞痛组血清脂蛋白(a)、超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平明显高于稳定型心绞痛组(P<0.05).结论 血清脂蛋白(a)、超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平在冠心病患者中明显升高,并且其水平与冠心病的病情发展密切相关,可以作为冠心病早期发现的指标,用于临床检测.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the application value of lipoprotein(a),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,D-dimer in early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Method From May 2010 to May 2011,the levels of lipoprotein(a),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,D-dimer were detected in 146 cases with coronary heart disease patients,of which stable angina group with 46 cases,unstable angina group with 59 cases and acute myocardial infarction group with 41 cases.RESULTS The levels of lipoprotein(a),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,D-dimer in coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in control group(P﹤0.05).The levels of lipoprotein(a),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,D-dimer in acute myocardial infarction group were significantly higher than those in stable angina group and unstable angina group(P﹤0.05).The levels of lipoprotein(a),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,D-dimer in unstable angina group were significantly higher than those in the stable angina group(P ﹤ 0.05).CONCLUSION Serum lipoprotein(a),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein and D dimer were significantly increased in coronary heart disease,and correlated with development of coronary heart disease,which can be as the indexes for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease and applied in clinic.
