老年重症肺炎的肠内外营养支持疗法探讨

目的 探讨老年重症肺炎的肠内外营养支持疗法的效果.方法 选取2010年8月～2012年3月于某院进行治疗的72例老年重症肺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(肠外营养组)和B组(肠内营养组)每组各36例,将两组患者干预前及干预后1周、2周的营养状况、细胞免疫状态及并发症发生率进行检测及比较.结果 B组干预后1周、2周的血红蛋白、清蛋白、前清蛋白及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群改善幅度均大于A组,干预后的1周及2周两组的上述指标差异均有统计学意义,而B组并发症发生率也低于A组,P均＜ 0.05.结论 老年重症肺炎进行肠内营养支持可显著改善其营养和免疫状态,可有效控制并发症发生率.

The exploration of enteral and parenteral nutrition support therapy for elderly patients with severe pneumonia

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of enteral and parenteral nutrition support therapy for elderly patients with severe pneumonia.METHODS 72 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia from August 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital for treatment were chosen as the research objects.They were randomly divided into group A(PN group) of 36 cases and group B(enteral nutrition) of 36 cases.The nutritional status,immune status and the incidence of complications in the two groups before intervention and 1 week,2 weeks after the intervention were taken for detection and comparison.RESULTS The improvements of hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in group B one week,two weeks after the intervention were greater than group A.The indicators one week and two weeks after the intervention in the two groups were with significant difference,and the incidence of complications in group B was also lower than in group A,P ﹤ 0.05.CONCULSION The enteral nutrition support for elderly with severe pneumoniacan can improve their nutrition and immune status significantly,which can control the incidence of complications effectively.
