后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗肾癌的临床疗效

目的 探讨后腹腔镜肾癌根治术(Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy,LRN)治疗肾癌的手术方法及临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析45例肾癌患者的临床资料,根据患者采用的手术方式,将患者分为两组:组1为后腹腔镜组30例(LRN组),组2为同期传统开放手术组15例(ORN组).分析两组患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤最大直径、肿瘤部位、肿瘤分期、病理诊断、手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术中及术后并发症之间的差异.结果 两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术中及术后并发症等差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).其余参数两组之间差异无统计学意义.结论 后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗肾癌与传统开放手术相比,具有微创、出血少、恢复快等优点.

The clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in the treatment of renal carcinoma

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in the treatment of renal carcinoma.METHODS The clinical data of 45 patients with renal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.According to surgical approach,the patients were divided into two groups.Thirty patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy while 15 underwent open radical nephrectomy.Age,gender,maximum tumor size,the position of tumor,tumor grade,operation time,blood loss during operation,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,hospital stay and complication after surgery were analyzed and compared.RESULTS There were significant differences in the operation time,blood loss during operation,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,hospital stay and complication after surgery(P﹤0.05).Remaining parameters had no significant differences between the two groups.CONCLUSION Compared with open radical nephrectomy,retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is associated with minimally invasive,less blood loss,earlier resumption of routine activities.
