摘    要:目的 探讨双向评价模式在提高内科护理带教质量中的效果.方法 选取2010年7月~2011年5月于某院内科进行实习的45名护生为观察组,选取2009年7月~2010年5月实习的45名护生为对照组,对照组接受常规的带教,观察组则接受以双向评价模式为指导的带教,后将两组护生带教前及带教后4周的理论知识、技术操作评分及实习积极性、相互满意度进行统计及比较.结果 带教后4周观察组的理论知识、技术操作评分及实习积极性、相互满意度情况均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均< 0.05).结论 双向评价模式在提高护生实习积极性方面发挥着积极的作用,从而改善了其实习质量,也更受护生和带教教师的欢迎.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effect of bidirectional evaluation mode in improving the quality of nursing teaching in department of internal medicine.METHODS 45 nursing students in department of internal medicine of our hospital for clinical practice from July 2010 to May 2011 were selected as the observation group.45 nursing students from July 2009 to May 2010 were selected as the control group.The control group was received conventional teaching,and the observation group was received a two-way evaluation model as a guide with religion.The theory knowledge score,technical operation score and enthusiasm of practice,mutual satisfaction degree of two group before and after the teaching after four weeks were analyzed and compared.RESULTS The theory knowledge score,technical operation score,practice enthusiasm,mutual satisfaction degree of the observation group after the teaching after fours weeks were all better than those of the control group,all P﹤0.05,there were significant differences.CONCLUSION The bidirectional evaluation mode plays an active role in improving the practice enthusiasm of nursing students,the practice quality is improved,and it is widely welcomed by students and teachers.
