| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨E2F-1和cyclinD1在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测78例大肠腺癌、20例正常大肠黏膜、30例大肠息肉以及30例大肠腺瘤E2F-1和cyclinD1的表达情况.结果 E2F-1和cyclinD1在大肠腺癌中的阳性率显著高于正常大肠黏膜、大肠患肉以及大肠腺瘤(P＜0.05).E2F-1和cyclinD1表达与大肠腺癌的病理分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期具有相关性(P＜0.05).结论 E2F-1和cyclinD1的表达与大肠腺癌发生关系密切,是大肠腺癌发生、发展的重要生物学标记物. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the expression of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in human colorectal adenocarcinoma and its significance.METHODS Immunohistochemical SP method was detected in 78 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma,20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa,30 cases of colorectal polyps and 30 cases of colorectal adenoma cells in E2F-1 and cyclinD1 expression.RESULTS The positive expression rate of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in esophageal carcinoma was much higher than that in colorectal mucosa,colorectal polyps,colorectal adenoma(P﹤0.05).The expression of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 were closely correlated with the differentiation,TNM and lymph nodes metastasis(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION E2F-1 and cyclinD1 are closely related to the colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence.Both of them are important biological markers in colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence and development. |
