替米沙坦联合吲达帕胺或左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的疗效及安全性研究

目的 比较替米沙坦联合吲达帕胺或左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的疗效及安全性.方法取某医院2008年7月～2011年7月间收治的老年高血压患者246例,均经临床确诊为原发性老年性高血压,随机均分为治疗1组和治疗2组,治疗1组使用替米沙坦联合吲达帕胺治疗,治疗2组使用替米沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应情况.结果 治疗1组患者的治疗效果优于治疗2组,两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗1组的治疗后不良反应的发生少于治疗2组,两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 替米沙坦联合吲达帕胺治疗老年高血压有着更好的疗效及安全性.

Study on efficacy and safety of telmisartan and indapamide or amlodipine in treatment of elderly hypertension

OBJECTIVE To compare the effect and safety of telmisartan combined with indapamide or amlodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertension.METHODS From 2008 July to 2011 July,246 elderly patients with hypertension were clinically diagnosed as primary hypertension,randomly divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.The treatment group 1 used telmisartan combined with indapamide,treatment 2 group used telmisartan combined with amlodipine.Compared curative effect and adverse reaction in two groups.RESULTS The effect in treatment group 1 was better than treatment group 2,there was a significant difference,P﹤0.05;The adverse reactions in treatment group 1 were less than treatment group 2,there are significant difference,P﹤0.05.CONCLUSION Telmisartan combined with indapamide in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly is with better efficacy and safety.
