宝应县各级医疗机构消毒效果5年动态分析

目的 了解宝应县各级医疗机构消毒效果状况,为加强管理提供参考依据.方法 分析该县2006年1月～2010年12月2家二级医院、城区一级医院、23家乡镇医院的消毒监测数据.结果 近年来压力蒸汽灭菌器、医务人员手表面、台面监测结果合格率明显升高.二级医院医务人员手表面、室内空气、台面监测合格率明显高于一级医院及乡镇医院,与汤池的研究相一致.结论 宝应县医疗机构近年来消毒质量有明显提高,但室内空气消毒质量仍然偏低.

Analysis of five-year disinfection efficacy among medical institutions in Baoying County

OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of disinfection hygiene among these medical institutions in the Baoying County so as to strengthen administration.METHODS We should analyzed the monitoring data of disinfection hygiene among 2 upper second-class hospitals,1 upper third-class hospital(in city proper)and 23 upper third-class hospitals(in villages and towns)in Baoying County between Jan.2006 to Nov.2010.RESULTS Currently,pressure steam sterilizer,hands of medical and nursing staffs,sanitary condition of surfaces were significantly raised.The eligible rates of hands of medical and nursing staffs,indoor air disinfection quality and sanitary condition of surfaces in the upper second-class hospitals were significantly higher than those in the upper third-class hospital.CONCLUSION The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Baoying County has significantly improved in recent years,but the indoor air quality was still poor.
