| 摘 要： | 分析１１例风湿性多肌痛的临床表现，结合文献进行了讨论，对于５０岁以上，以肌痛为主要表现的老年人，肌酶谱正常，血沉持续在５０ｍｍ／１ｈ以上，在除外肿瘤、感染及其他结缔组织病后，且小剂量激素治疗获得良好疗效者，应高度疑似风湿性多肌痛的可能。 |

| Abstract: | Eleven patients with polymyalgia rheumatica(PMR) were analysed. Medical literatures about this disease were reviewed in this paper. PMR should be highly suspected considered in old patients whose age were over 50 years, who had myalgia with normal muscular enzyme spectrum and ESR>50 mm/hr, however, neoplasm infectious and other connective tissus diseases were ruled out. Clinical symptoms which gave dramatic response to a small dose of prednisone would further support the diagnosis of PMR. |
