微课支持下翻转课堂教学模式改革与实践

摘    要:作为推进课堂教学革命的一种全新教学模式,翻转课堂得到广泛探索和实践。但翻转课堂教学模式的教学效果如何评测是研究探索的难点。首先,从微课支持翻转课堂的必要性和可行性入手,论证了微课与翻转课堂的互动关系;其次,通过分析翻转课堂的三个教学阶段,构建了翻转课堂教学模式,提出了翻转课堂教学模式的评价指标;最后,以广东省青年教师信息化新课堂《药用物理学》课程为例,探索了微课支持下翻转课堂的教学实施效果。研究结果表明,翻转课堂教学模式能提高学生学习兴趣、丰富课堂教学活动、增加师生互动效果,能实现对课堂教学模式的改革与创新。

Abstract:As a new teaching mode to promote classroom teaching revolution,Flipping Class-room has been widely explored and practiced.However,how to evaluate the teaching effect of Fl-ipped Classroom teaching mode is a difficult point for research and exploration.Firstly,starting with the necessity and feasibility of Micro-class supporting flipped classroom,this paper demon-strates the interactive relationship between Micro-class and Flipped Classroom;Secondly,by an-alyzing three teaching stages of Flipped Classroom,this paper constructs Flipped Classroom tea-ching mode and puts forward the evaluation index of Flipped Classroom teaching mode;Finally,taking informatization new class"Pharmaceutical Physics"lectured by young teachers in Guang-dong province as an example,this paper explores the teaching effect of Flipping Classroom sup-ported by Micro-class.The research shows that Flipping Classroom teaching mode can improve students'interest in learning,enrich classroom teaching activities,increase the interaction effect between teachers and students,and realize the reform and innovation of classroom teaching mode.
