| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察思密达口服和保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法 :将确诊为婴幼儿腹泻的 10 2例患儿随机分为两组 ,每组 5 1例 ,两组均先采用 2 %温盐水 3 0 0mL左右清洁灌肠。观察组采用思密达保留灌肠 ,不同年龄组用不同剂量 ,连用三天 ,未愈者再用两天 ,同时口服肠道消炎药 ;对照组常规口服肠道消炎药及思密达。结果 :观察组三天内治愈 3 9例 ,五天内治愈 11例。对照组三天内治愈 12例 ,五天内治愈 3 2例。经统计学处理P <0 . 0 1。结论 :采用思密达保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿腹泻明显优于口服用药 ,而且保留灌肠操作简单、方便 ,患儿易于接受 ,用药途径安全 ,治愈快。

| Abstract: | Objeetive:To Abserve of infantile diarrhea different method with simeda enema Methods:Intestinal lavage with 2?% warm saline in two groups,Observe group:simeda enema was given in different dose according to the age for three days It can be used for two days to those not be cured Control group:Simeda and antibiotics were given orally Results:Obseve group 39 pectients were cured in 3 days,11 patients were cured in 5 days Control group:12 patients were cured in 3 days,32 patients were cured in 5 days(P<0 01) Condusion:The effect of Simeda enema on infantile is leetter then that with routin It sherten curring time,can be accepted by easily,used conveniently and safty |
