杭州市上城区与富阳市副溶血性弧菌食物中毒流行株的分型研究

摘    要:目的:研究杭州市上城区与富阳市副溶血性弧菌食物中毒株与不同流行株进行耐热溶血素基因分析。方法:采集可疑食物标本等104株进行副溶血性弧菌血清分型,对45株流行株应用PCR技术对TDH和TRH检测。结果:富阳市1997年、1999年-2001年、2003年-2004年副溶血性弧菌以O1:K6、O3:K6、O4:K8三个血清型为食物中毒优势菌型;上城区2005年-2007年以O1型23株;O2型1株;O3型37株;O4型25株;O5型1株;O10型1株为食物中毒优势菌。用PCR技术对45株TDH和TRH进行检测结果 O1型16株,15株TDH阳性,1株TDH阴性;O3型9株TDH阳性;O4型20株,17株TDH阳性,3株TDH阴性。45株TRH1和TRH2全部阴性。结论:杭州市上城区与富阳市副溶血性弧菌所致食物中毒优势菌型以O1、O3、O4和O2、O5、O10血清型为主,能够为食物中毒疾病预防和流行病学调查提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze thermostable direct hemolysin gene of vibrio parahaemolyticus strains in food poisoning and other epidemic strains in Uptown district and Fuyang city of Hangzhou.Methods: 104 suspicious samples were collected for serotyping of vibrio parahaemolyticus,in which 45 epidemic strains were detected for TDH and TRH by PCR.Results: In Fuyang city,O1:K6,O3:K6 and O4:K8 were the dominant serotypes of vibrio parahaemolyticus in food poisoning in the year 1997,1999-2001 and 2003-2004.While in Uptown district during 2005-2007,there were 23 strains of O1 type,1 strain of O2 type,37 strains of O3 type,25 strains of O4 type,1 strain of O5 type and 1 strain of O10 type.In 45 strains,PCR results showed that 16 strains were O1 type with15 TDH positive and 1 TDH negative,9 strains were O3 type with all TDH positive,20 strains were O4 type with 17 TDH positive and 3 TDH negative,TRH1 and TRH2 were both negative in 45 strains.Conclusion: In Uptown district and Fuyang city of Hangzhou,the dominant serotypes in food poisoning caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus were O1,O3,O4,O2,O5 and O10,which can contribute to prevention and epidemiology survey of food poisoning diseases.
