北京地区369例自然流产夫妇细胞遗传学分析

目的自然流产夫妇中异常核型的比例及不同异常核型可能生育机率。方法对369例自然流产夫妇的外周血进行了核型分析,用常规法制片,核型分析软件分析染色体分裂相5-10个,进行统计学处理。结果检出罗伯逊易位异常9例;相互易位异常7例;其它异常6例;共计22例异常核型。统计学处理（P=0.005）结论自发流产女性异常核型发生率68%;男性发生率32%;不同异常核型生育率差异很大,需做孕前咨询并做产前诊断。

Cytogenetics analysis in 369 couples of spontaneous abortion

Objective: To analyses of formation rate and bear child probability which is lead to spontaneous abortion by abnormal karyotypes.Methods : karyotypes analysis for 369 couples' peripheral blood who were spontaneous abortion.Chromosomal karyotypes were performed on routinly coultured peripheral blood.The statistics being in progress to the examples is handled.Results : examine out that robersonian translocation 9 examples;reciprocal translocation 7 examples;others abnormal 6 examples;22examples abnormal totally.Statistics analysed(P=0.005)Conclusion :The disscus of statistics is handled: the karyotypes abnormal formation rate of female who spontaneous abortion is 68%,rate of male is 32%,the karyotypes abnormal bear child probability difference is very big,so need to do consult before pregnancy and prenatal diagnosis.
