战略性医院绩效评价体系的构建

摘    要:目的 建立公立非营利性医院绩效评价指标体系。方法 结合医院的发展战略目标,利用DELPHI专家咨询法,选择20名医院理论与医院管理专家,进行两轮咨询调查,构建医院绩效评价指标体系。结果 建立了基于医院发展战略的公立医院绩效考核指标体系。结论 此评价指标体系具有战略管理的功能,可促使医院根据战略目标不断改进绩效,促进医院综合竞争力的提高。

THE CONSTRUCTION OF EVALUATION SYSTEM OF PUBLIC HOSPITALS

Abstract:Objective To construct a system for assessment of achievement of non-profit public hospitals. Methods In combination with development strategy, 20 hospital administrators were invited to conduct a consultation and investigation so as to construct a system for evaluation of hospitals. Results The system was established. Conclusion This evaluation system is of strategic function in promoting hospitals to improve their performance and integral competitive strength.
