| 摘 要： | 目的探讨直肠癌保肛术后吻合口漏的非手术治疗的可行性。方法应用能全素口服配合局部冲洗引流等非手术方法治疗直肠癌保肛术后吻合口漏病人20例。结果20例病人均能很好适应,引流管中无粪便样引流物,均临床治愈。发生漏到治愈时间最短者11 d,最长者35 d。结论非手术治疗直肠癌保肛术后吻合口漏费用低,疗效满意,安全可行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of non-surgical treatment for stomal fistula after sphinctor saving resection of rectal cancer. Methods Oral Nengquansu combined with local irrigation and drainage was applied in 20 patients with the fistula. Results All the patients were adaptable to the therapy. No stool-like effluent was seen in the drainage tube in all the patients. It took 11 to 35 days from occurrence of the leak to heal. Conclusion Non operative treatment of stomal leak after sphinctor saving resection of rectal cancer is feasible with low expense, effective and safe. It＇s effective and absolutely feasible. |
