| 摘 要： | 目的观察手术前后使用艾氟龙滴眼液对治疗翼状胬肉所起的作用。方法选择侵入角膜2-4 mm的翼状胬肉病人82例（90眼）,随机分为实验组和对照组,观察术后眼压、角膜愈合及胬肉复发情况。结果随访6月-3年,实验组有2眼眼压高,角膜修复时间为（5.64±1.26）d,5眼复发;对照组有1眼眼压高,角膜修复时间为（5.53±1.15）d,12眼复发。两组复发率比较差异有显著性（χ2=5.84,P〈0.05）。结论术前及术后使用艾氟龙滴眼液能安全有效降低翼状胬肉复发。 |

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECT OF FLUOROMETHOLONE IN TREATING PTERYGIUM APPLIED BEFORE AND AFTER OPERATION |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of fluorometholone （FML） used before and after pterygium surgery. Methods Ninety eyes of 82 patients with pterygium, which invaded the cornea 2-4 mm, were included and randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group. Intraocular pressure, cornea healing and recurrence were observed. Results The findings of 6- 36-month follow-up were： two eyes with high intraocular pressure, recurrence, five cases; and the cornea wound healing time was 5.64 ± 1.26 days in experimental group; one eye with high intraocular pressure, 12 recurrence and cornea wound healing time 5. 53 ±1.15 days in the control. The recurrence was statistically different between the two groups （X^2 = 5.84, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fluorometholone can be safely used to prevent the recurrence of Dtervgium. |
