501例社区中精神分裂症患者现状分析

对列为社区康复对象的５０１例精神分裂患者现状调查。发现此类病人病情较重。病程长，迁延不愈，反复发作，精感衰退，治疗状况差，家庭经济困难，是精神疾病社区康复的重点对象。

The psychiatric status of 501 schizophrenic patients in the community

Objective: To study the psychiatric status of schizophrenic patients in the community. Method: 501schizophrenic patients who would be targets for a community rehabilitation program were investigatedprospectively. Results: These patients exhibited worse mental status, long and fluctuating course of ill-ness, high relapse rate, more withdrawal symptoms, poor treatment response and financial problem.Their current psychiatric status was related to (1 ) personal factors: age, marital status, occupation, pre-morbid personality, and course of illness; (2) family factor: economical status, attitude and atmosphereof the familyl (3) social factor: relationship with neighbours or colleagues. Discussion: Apart frompharmacotherapy, community rehabillitation should encompass occupational skill training, education offamily members and prevention of social discrimination against patients.
