| 摘 要： | 目的:建立驱虫斑鸠菊软膏的质量标准。方法:根据颜色变化对驱虫斑鸠菊软膏中黄酮类成分进行鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮(以芦丁计)的含量。结果:芦丁进样量在0.05065～0.50650mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为98.14%,RSD=1.49%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于驱虫斑鸠菊软膏的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To establish the quality standard of Vernonia anthelmintica ointment.METHODS：The flavonoids in Vernonia anthelmintica ointment were identified based on the color reaction and the content of total flavonoids （Rutosids was computed） was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS： The linear range of Rutoside was 0.050 65 mg- 0. 506 50 mg, with its average recovery at 98.14% （RSD = 1.49%, n = 6） .CONCLUSION：The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Vernonia anthelmintica ointment. |
