妊娠期高血压疾病对围生结局影响的分析

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病对围生结局的影响及防治。方法对2005年1月-2006年12月在我院分娩的131例妊娠期高血压疾病的围生儿情况（观察组）与随机抽取同期正常分娩的围生儿情况（对照组）进行对照分析。结果131例妊娠期高血压疾病组早产、胎儿窘迫、宫内生长受限、新生儿窒息率均高于对照组（P〈0．05），而围生儿死亡率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者所出现围生儿不良结局明显高于正常孕妇，须加强产前监护，积极防治妊娠期高血压疾病，适时终止妊娠。

Analysis of Pregnancy with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy on Perinatal Outcome

Objective To explore the effects of pregnancy complicated by hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy on perinatal outcome. Methods All 131 cases pregnant women complicated by hypertensive disorder were controlled and analyzed with 131 cases of normal pregnancy from January 2005 to December 2008 in our hospital. Results The rate of premature birth,fetal distress,fetal growth restriction,neonatal asphyxia of the observer group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference about perinatal mortality rate between the two groups（P~0.05）. Conclusion The perinatal outcome of pregnancy complicat- ed by hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is worse than those of normal pregnancy. To strengthen the supervision and pre- vention on pregnant women complicated by hypertensive disorder, and stop pregnancy properly.
