剖宫产麻醉前预注1,6-二磷酸果糖对新生儿影响的研究

目的探讨剖宫产麻醉前预注1，6-二磷酸果糖对新生儿的影响。方法随机选取2009年1月～2010年1月在本院住院行剖宫产的120例产妇作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各60例。研究组在麻醉前预注1，6-二磷酸果糖；对照组在麻醉前预注等剂量生理盐水。结果胎儿娩出时及出生后1minApgar评分，研究组和对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；出生后5min和10min Apgar评分研究组和对照组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。研究组PaO2和pH较对照组偏高，PaCO2较对照组偏低，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论剖宫产麻醉静脉注射1，6-二磷酸果糖是一种行之有效的提高剖宫产手术新生儿安全性的方法，值得在临床推广应用。

Studies on the Effects of FDP Pre-intravenous Injection on Neonatal before the CSEA in Cesarean Section

Objective To detect the influence of 1,6-diphosphate pre-anesthesia injection before cesarean section. Methods Randomly selected in January 2009- January 2010 cesarean section in our hospital 120 cases of maternal as research subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group,60 patients in each group. Study group injectioned 1,6-diphosphate before the pre-anesthesia;the control group pre-injectioned dose of saline before anesthesia. Results After birth when the baby was delivered, and lmin Apgar score between study group and control gwoup,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 5min and 10min Apgar score between study group and control group,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. PaO2 and pH of the study group were higher than the control group,PaCO2 of the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia cesarean section 1,6-diphosphate is effective to improve the safety of cesarean section newborn,it is worth in the clinical application.
