| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤转移相关细胞因子上皮型钙黏素（E—cadherin）及外源磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源物（PTEN）在卵巢癌组织的表达水平变化及其意义。方法收集60份卵巢癌组织及30份正常卵巢标本组织，采用SP免疫组化染色，比较E—cadherin、PTEN在卵巢癌组织及正常卵巢组织的表达差异，并比较不同分期卵巢癌组织E—cadherin、PTEN的表达差异。结果卵巢癌组织E—cadherin、PTEN表达阳性率低于正常卵巢癌组织，Ⅲ期卵巢癌组织E—eadherin、PTEN表达阳性率低于I期卵巢癌组织。结论卵巢癌组织E—cadherin、PTEN低表达，其可能是卵巢癌的发生及侵袭、转移的机制之一。 |
