| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨32层螺旋cT冠状动脉成像的临床应用价值。方法采用GE LightSpeed Pro32多层螺旋CT机，对128例临床怀疑冠心病的患者进行冠状动脉CTA检查，并对影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果128例患者共计511支冠状动脉，其中能满足诊断要求的有485支；显示冠状动脉有狭窄的血管段共有167处，其中18个血管节段有单发软斑块，76个血管节段有单发钙化斑块，73个血管节段有多发斑块（包含钙化斑块）。结论32层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种微创、简便、优良的冠状动脉成像方法，可成为冠心病筛查的重要手段之一。 |
