| 摘 要： | 目的观察平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形的临床效果。方法回顾1995年1月～2010年1月应用平阳霉素注射治疗的232例口腔颌面部静脉畸形患者资料。注射治疗后即刻观察患者生命体征及有无其他症状；胸片检查了解肺部情况；通过临床观察和B超检查评价治疗效果。随访时间最短3个月，最长2年。结果232例患者中，228例患者外形基本对称，病变区血流消失；4例患者外形略不对称，病变区血流消失；1例患者出现晕厥反应，未发现过敏反应、肺栓塞或其他并发症。结论应用平阳霉素栓塞硬化治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形疗效可靠，并发症在可接受范围。
