5-FU与得宝松联合治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效观察

[目的]：观察低浓度（0.25％）5 – 氟尿嘧啶与得宝松混合注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果。[方法]：将本组的92例患者分成治疗组和对照组两组，均行瘢痕疙瘩的全层注射，对治疗组的46例患者行5 – Fu与得宝松的混合液，对对照组的46例患者行单纯得宝松注射，每隔3-4周注射，一个疗程为2-3次，随访6-12个月。[结果]：治疗组痊愈率52.2%，有效率93.5%，对照组痊愈率26.1%，有效率54.3%，P<0.01，两组差异存在显著性。[结论]：低浓度5 – Fu与得宝松联合治疗瘢痕疙瘩增生与复发、止痒、止痛有较好的效果。[关键词]：瘢痕疙瘩 5 – 氟尿嘧啶 得宝松

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the injection treatment effects of keloids with mixture of low concentration (0.25%)5-Fu and diprospan.

[Objective] To observe the injection treatment effects of keloids with mixture of low concentration (0.25%)5-Fu and diprospan.[Methods] 92 patients was divided into treatment group (TG) that received mixture injection, and control group (CG) that received only diprospan. Both groups were administered with full-thickness injection of keloids, 2 to 3 times, once every 3 to 4 weeks, and followed up for 6 to 12 months.[Results] Recovery rate was 52.2% in TG and 26.1% in CG, effective rate was 93.5% in TG and 54.3% in CG. There is significant statistical difference between the two groups.[Conclusion] Combination of low concentration of 5-Fu and diprospan can get satisfactory results for keloids with proliferation, recurrence, itchy and pain.[key words] Keloids, 5-Fu, diprospan
