母亲参与抚触对早产儿唾液皮质醇及母亲焦虑和抑郁的影响

目的:探讨母亲参与早产儿抚触对早产儿唾液皮质醇水平及母亲焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响。方法:早产儿35例,随机分成对照组(n=18)和抚触组(n=17),对照组住院期间不实施抚触,抚触组由护士指导母亲进行新生儿抚触。另收集同期出生的足月儿10例(足月组),检测抚触1周期间唾液皮质醇水平,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价产妇焦虑和抑郁状况。结果:与足月组比较,对照组和抚触组1周内唾液皮质醇水平明显升高;与对照组比较,抚触组1周内唾液皮质醇水平进行性下降(P<0.05)。对照组与抚触组产妇的SAS评分分别为(64±7)分、(53±5)分,SDS评分分别为(68±5)分、(55±4)分,抚触组产妇的SAS、SDS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:母亲参与抚触能降低早产儿唾液皮质醇水平,减轻母亲产后焦虑及抑郁。

Effects of Mother Touching on Salivary Cortisol of Premature Infants and Puerperal Anxiety and Depression

Objective:To investigate the effects of mother touching on salivary cortisol of premature infants and puerperal anxiety and depression.Methods:Thirty-five premature infants were divided into control group(n=18) and touching group(n=17) randomly.The touching group received mother touching with nurse's guidance,in contrast to the control group without mother touching.And the ten term infants born in the same period were enrolled as term group.The salivary Cortisol of three groups was examined using ELISA kits.Meanwhile,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of mothers respectively.Results:Compared with the term group,the salivary cortisol of the two premature infant groups were increased significantly(P<0.05).And compared with the control group,the salivary cortisol of touching group was progressively declined(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores were decreased in the touching group compared to those in the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mother touching can decrease salivary cortisol of premature infants and attenuate Puerperal anxiety and depression.
