| 摘 要： | 目的优选妇宁颗粒的提取工艺。方法以芍药苷浸出量为评价指标,采用正交试验法对妇宁颗粒的提取工艺进行优选。结果提取条件确定为加水浸泡0.5h,提取2次,加水量分别为10倍、8倍,提取时间分别为3,2h。结论试验结果为确定妇宁颗粒的提取工艺提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Funing granules.METHODS The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction of Funing granules according to amounts of paeoniflorin.RESULTS The optimized extraction process was that the medicinal materials was macerated with water for 0.5h and extracted twice with 12 and 10 times of water for 3h and 2h respectively.CONCLUSION The experiment result provided the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Funing granules. |
