| 摘 要： | 目的:观察孕妇血清锌浓度在孕早期的变化情况,探讨血锌干预对先兆流产孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:将2007年6月～2008年6月78例早期先兆流产孕妇随机分为两组,A组除常规安胎治疗外,采用原子光谱吸收法检测血清锌浓度,对血锌低者予补锌治疗;B组仅予常规安胎治疗。追踪两组的妊娠结局。结果:先兆流产孕妇低血锌者占55.8%,A组孕妇最终流产率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:血清锌对维持正常妊娠有重要作用,血锌低可能会导致早期流产。血锌干预可改善先兆流产孕妇的妊娠结局。 |
