妇幼感染中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性与抗菌药物相关性分析

摘    要:
目的为妇幼抗菌药物的合理使用及抗感染治疗提供参考。方法综合分析医院2015至2018年耐药金黄色葡萄球菌分布构成、耐药数据,以及单个和各类抗菌药物使用与耐药性的相关性。结果妇幼感染中耐药金黄色葡萄球菌主要分布于儿科和新生儿科(标本取自痰液和咽拭子);对阿奇霉素、大环内酯类、克林酰胺类的耐药率与相应用药频度具有显著相关性(P<0.05),多类抗菌药物间上述两指标具有显著相关性。结论金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌株主要定植感染婴幼儿的呼吸道,抗菌药物的使用对耐药率有直接影响和间接相互影响,应控制抗菌药物整体使用频度,以减缓细菌耐药。

Abstract:
Objective To provide reference for the rational use of antibacterial drugs and anti-infective treatment for women and children.Methods Comprehensive analysis was conducted on the distribution and composition of drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus in the hospital from 2015 to 2018,as well as the data on drug resistance,and the correlation between the use of single and various antibacterial drugs and drug resistance.Results Drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was mainly distributed in pediatrics and neonatal departments(samples were taken from sputum and throat swabs).The resistance rates to azithromycin,macrolides,and clinamide were directly positively correlated with the corresponding DDDs(P<0.05),and there was a significant positive correlation between multiple antibiotics.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus-resistant strains mainly colonize the respiratory tract of infants and young children.The use of antibacterial drugs has a direct and indirect effect on the rate of resistance.The overall frequency of antibacterial drugs should be controlled to reduce bacterial resistance.
