应激大鼠肾脏中MDA含量及GSH-px、CAT和Ca~(2 )-ATPase活性的变化

摘    要:通过观察大鼠在应激状态下肾脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和钙泵(Ca2+-ATPase)活性的变化。结果显示:在应激状态下,肾脏MDA的含量在应激2h后迅速并持续升高,CAT和Ca2+-ATPase活性增加高峰均在应激2h时,之后又有所下降,但依然显著高于对照组,GSH-px活性也有所升高,但只在应激2h时显著高于对照组。结果提示:在应激状态下,肾脏的脂质过氧化作用加强,抗氧化能力和清除细胞内Ca2+能力在应激一定时间内(2h)代偿性加强后又有所下降

Abstract:Using the stress model of bound and soaked rat, we observed the changes of the content of MDA and the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px),catalase(CAT) and Ca 2 -ATPase in the rat kidney.The results showed that the content of MDA increased remarkably and lastingly under shrss for 2 hours and so did the activity of CAT and Ca 2 -ATPase.But as stress time was prolonged to 3 hours, the activity decreased but still remained higher remarkably thom the control; the activity of GSH-px increased remarkably under stress for only 3 hours.These results indicated that the action of lipid peroxide was strengthened while the action of antioxidation and calcium- clearing was enhanced compensatedly,but then decreased.
