| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术的优缺点。方法：回顾分析2007年2月至2009年12月为56例腹部各类型疝患者行腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术的临床资料。结果：56例手术均顺利完成。单侧手术时间65~180min,平均（122.5±5.6）min,术后平均（3.5±1.4）d出院。结论：腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术是一种安全有效的疝修补术,具有术后复发率和并发症发生率低的优点,适于治疗绝大部分腹部疝。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair.Methods:The retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 56 patients who suffered from various types of abdominal hernia and treated with laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair from Feb.2007 to Dec.2009.Results:All cases were performed the operation successfully.The mean operative time was(122.5±5.6)min(range 65-180) for unilateral hernioplasty.The average postoperative stay was(3.5±1.4) days.Conclusions:Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair is a safe and effective method for hernia repair with lower recurrence rate and less complications,and is suitable for most abdominal hernia. |
