LI-钙黏蛋白和胃癌关系的研究进展

钙黏蛋白是一组钙依赖性的、介导细胞间连接的糖蛋白超家族,对组织细胞乃至机体维持正常功能意义重大。其中LI-钙黏蛋白作为钙黏蛋白超家族成员之一,在介导细胞连接等方面有其自身特点。国内外研究认为,其表达与胃癌的发生、发展、转移及预后均呈明显相关;在针对胃癌的临床处理方面,LI-钙黏蛋白将会是有用的标志物。

Research Progress of Relation between Li-cadherin and Gastric Cancer

Cadherins are Ca2 -dependent glycoproteins crucial for cell-cell adhesion.The superfamily are extremely important for normal function of varied tissues and the whole human body.As one member of the subfamily,liver-intestine cadherin (LI-cadherin) has some special characteristics in mediating cell-cell adhersion.Although few studies have been concentrated on the LI-cadherin in China,many studies abroad have shown that the expression of LI-cadherin should be related to the origins of varied tumors,development,metastasis and prognosis in stomach,which have been treated as an useful biological marker for practical management of patients with gastric cancer.
