亚健康中医证候研究概述

通过对亚健康现状及中医证候研究进展进行分析,提高人们对亚健康状态的认识从而“未病先防”,防止亚健康向疾病发展。本文从亚健康的中医学概念、中医学诊断标准和中医证候分型方面进行综述,对亚健康的中医证候研究做了总结,从而为亚健康研究工作提供一些理论依据,为中医辨证治疗亚健康提供有价值的参照标准。

The Research on syndromes of sub-health in TCM

Through the analysis of the current situation of sub-health and its syndromes in TCM, we can improve the awareness of the sub-health and prevent more diseases. This article summarized the syndromes of sub-health in TCM, from the perspective of its concept in TCM, diagnostic criteria in TCM, and grouping of syndromes in TCM. So it provides some theoretical proof for the research of sub-health and provides valuable referential criteria for the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM.
