| 摘 要： | 本文对26例乳癌标本雌、孕激素受体分析结果表明,约有近半数乳癌组织中存在雌,孕激素受体。受体含量高低与病理类型无关,二者的等电点与糖皮质激素受体(pH6.1—6.15)比稍偏高(pH6.5—6.7),应用胰蛋白酶后在等电点P位均可出现一锐型峰,被检测的乳癌患者年龄在50岁以下者雌、孕激素受体含量为高。对雌、孕受体含量高的患者抗雌激素治疗做为综合治疗的重要手段,可望获得更好的效果。

| Abstract: | Cytosolic estrogen receptor (ER) and progestin receptor (PR) concentrations of tissue samples from 26 breast cancers were analysed with the use of isoelec-tric focusing electrophoresis. Twelve, of 26 cases (46%) had detectable ER and PR.Breast cancer manifested themselves radiologically regardless of their histologic types.The isoelectric points of estrogen and progestin receptors were a little higher than those of the glucocorticoid receptors. The receptor concentration usually increased significantly in individuals under the age of 50.Our findings suggested that the estrogen and progestin receptor analysis could he employed as a potential tool to optimize the combined treatment of breast cancer including antiestrogen treatment. |
